We visited Alban’s brother Laurent and Audrey during the famous Carnival of Cologne in Germany.
That was a special weekend, full of mask, fun and lots of beers. :)

Today, we are gonna show you a bit of Petra Country, Slovenia.

For all our friends who don't know where it is, Here is a map (the country in RED). It is bordered by Italy, Croatia, Hungary and Austria. And yes, we are in Europe Union (since 2004) and have Euros (since 2007)! :)

We spent our first weekend in Croatia in Petra parent's apartment and had the chance to be invited for a lunch made of typical Slovene lunch (made by Nadi).

Then, we came back to Ljubljana, Petra's hometown, and started visiting her friends and family. We also walked

Instead of flying to Java, we decided to take the cheapest and looooongest way to get there.

We took a 2 days bus (Perama Company) tour from Kuta Bali to Yogyakarta (Central Java) in order to see Mount Bromo. After 12 hours in the car, we finally got to an hotel not so far from the top and went to sleep for 4 hours. At 3am, we woke up and a guy drove us in a Jeep to the top to catch the sunrise.

Heeeelou from Bali! This article is going to be a bit longer, so enjoy the photos and reading! :)

We took a fast boat from Gili Trawangan to Amed. Amed is a long coastal strip of fishing villages located on the east coast of Bali. It is getting more touristy and have a lot to offer from fishing, diving, snorkeling... It's also really quiet and you won't get harassed by locals (excepting the taxi drivers when you land on the beach).

We arrived in the afternoon and landed on a black sand beach 1km away from the accommodation we booked. We

The Gili Islands are located about 15 min away from Lombok West Coast. We took a public boat from Bangsal to the first island, Gili Air. the boat trip was quite funny, it was raining and we were about 25 people crossing fingers for the boat to not sink.

We spent 2 nights there. Snorkeling and walking around the island was the main activity for us. It was quiet and relaxing. That's a great place to snorkel.
